Who is responsible

The app

SoKind Sudoku does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, makes no network connections, and contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking.

Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted if you delete the app. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your device to a computer, this data may be included in those backups. Backups are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

If you have chosen in your iOS settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after your case is closed.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The website uses no tracking or analytics cookies, and loads no content from other providers.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at privacy@sokindsudoku.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
